According to Hung Hing Printing Group ‘Whistle Blowing Policy’, employees are encouraged to report genuine concerns about unethical behavior, malpractices including improprieties in financial reporting or internal control, illegal acts or failure to comply with regulatory requirements. Only genuine concerns should be reported under Whistle Blowing procedures. This report should be made in good faith with a reasonable belief that the information and any allegation in it are substantially true.

In general, work-related issues should be discussed with immediate superior, and with the site General Manager, if required. If the concern remains unresolved, the employees feel that the concerns require the immediate attention of the Group management, he/she has the option of bringing the issue directly to the Group CEO.

Any issue other than the policy stipulated should not be raised by this column, otherwise no response is expected.

Examples of issues will not be handled: employment contract issues, work arrangement issues, staffs welfare issues, etc.
